Greetings!

Welcome to my virtual workplace!

My name is Gav, I am 30 years old and I love to shoot weddings. I
shot my first wedding in 2006 and have been hooked ever since. I love
my job, I love photography and I love what it means to my clients to
deliver the goods time and time again.

I won't deny it, it can be very hard work but every wedding I
attend, something amazing happens to make it all worth while. I am a
positive person and like to be around 'happy people'. This job allows
me to mix business with pleasure everyday of the week.

I am married to my beautiful wife who's life I have shared with
since the age of 16. Last year we were blessed with the birth of my son
Joshua who complete's my life entirely. He is my world and makes being
a father the greatest gift anyone can recieve.

Deana+Will | St Mary’s Church + Scaitcliffe Hall Wedding

Firstly, apologies for the delay in updating this blog post. I have been up to my eyes in images from various weddings at home and abroad.

Deana & Will were married on the 5th September at St Mary’s Church in Rawtenstall, Lancashire. The weather unfortunately started out a little miserable but luckily, later in the day the skies cleared long enough to give us some well earned portrait time.

I must admit I was pretty much blown away with Deana’s choice of dress. It had such an amazing regal quality and suited her perfectly. Will was as expected, laid back, easy going and pleasure to work with. Scaitcliffe Hall was their choice of venue and what a venue….superb! I hope you guys had a great time on your Honeymoon and I wish you both all the very best for the future.

January 18, 2010 - 9:28 pm MR & MRS RILEY - We would like to take this opportunity to thank Gavin from the bottom of our hearts for the AMAZING wedding photos, slideshow and album. When we started looking for a photographer it was extremely hard as there were so many extremes from mega expensive, to terrible photography, to ok photography and ok prices. We were recommended Gavin through a collegue, which turned out one of the best decisions ever. Since looking at the photo's we would say that it is so important to have a fabulous photographer as they capture all the emotions of the day, all the guests and most important of all your memories. Gavin took pictures that we didn't even realise were taken without any intrusiveness on the day. From the day we met Gavin and he showed us a sample of his work he has been very professional, honest, open and very approachable. He explained everything we needed to know and more. No question was left unanswered and we have never been left waiting without contact with Gavin. We appreciated our time with Gavin just before the wedding when we had a run through photo shoot at the hotel. However we did feel a little silly but Gavin with his humour eased us which was exactly what we needed. Everyone who has seen the pictures, slide show and album have remarked how wonderful they are. THANK YOU GAVIN YOU HAVE CAPTURED OUR HEARTS AND MEMORIES OF THE DAY. Deana & Will xxx
